We ship with Delhivery and Rehber Post, and send you the tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves us.

Changed your mind? Sealed, unopened items can come back within 7 days of delivery.
Delivery
- How long it takes
- Kashmir: 2–3 days. Rest of India: 5–7 days. Counted from the day the parcel is handed to the courier, and a public holiday or bad weather can add a day.
- What it costs
- Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in India.
- Who carries it
- Delhivery or Rehber Post, whichever reaches your area faster. You get the tracking number on WhatsApp once it ships.
- Cash on Delivery
- Available, with ₹80 added to the order. Our website takes UPI and cards only, so for COD simply tell us what you want on WhatsApp and we will place the order for you.
- Gift wrapping
- Yes, on request. The charge depends on the bottle and the wrap you pick — ask us on WhatsApp and we will confirm the exact amount before you pay.
- Ordering 10 or more
- Ten pieces or more get an extra 10% off. Message us with the list and we will send the total.
Returns & problems
- Returning an order
- Within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is sealed and unopened. A fragrance that has been opened or used cannot be taken back — it is a personal-care product and we cannot resell it.
- Wrong item delivered
- Our mistake, our fix: send a photo and your order number and we ship the correct item to you.
- Something arrived broken
- Send a photo or short video within 24 hours of delivery, before the packaging is thrown away. We raise the claim with the courier and do everything we can to put it right.
- How to start
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order number. No forms, no waiting on a ticket.
A note on our fragrances
Many of our oils are inspired by well-known international fragrances — made in our own blend, never sold as the original brand. They smell close, not identical, and the difference is part of how we keep the price honest. If a scent is not what you hoped for, tell us and we will help you find a closer match from our range.
