What we collect

When you place an order: Your name, phone number, and the delivery address — house, street, city, state and PIN code. We cannot post a parcel without them.
When you make an account: Your email address, and the name and phone number you choose to save. An account is optional — you can order without one.
While you browse: Your cart and wishlist are kept in your own browser so they survive a refresh. If you are signed in they are also saved to your account so the same basket shows on your phone and your computer.
Your payment details: We never see them. Card numbers, UPI IDs and bank details are entered on Razorpay's own secure screen and stay with Razorpay. Nothing of that kind ever reaches our server, and we could not show it to you if you asked.

What we do with it

To send your order: Your name, address and phone go to the courier — Delhivery or Rehber Post — because that is what a parcel needs written on it.
To take payment: Razorpay handles the payment and tells our server only whether it succeeded, so the order can move forward.
To talk to you about it: An order confirmation, a tracking number, or a message if something is delayed. We do not send marketing to people who did not ask for it.
To keep our own records: An order is a financial record, so we keep it even after it is delivered.

We do not sell your details, and we do not hand them to anyone for advertising. Nobody outside the list above gets them, unless a law or a court requires it.

Where it is kept, and for how long

The services we use: The shop's database is on Supabase, the server on Railway, the website itself on Cloudflare, and order emails go out through Resend. Each of them holds the data only to run the shop for us.
How long: Orders stay as long as our accounts require. An account and its saved addresses stay until you ask us to remove them.
Your choices: Ask us to correct anything, send you a copy of what we hold, or delete your account — WhatsApp or email and we will do it. Past orders may have to stay for our records, and we will say so if that applies.
Children: This shop is meant for adults. We do not knowingly keep details of anyone under 18.

If this page changes

We will change the date at the top. If something important changes, we will say so on the site rather than quietly editing it. Anything you are unsure about — ask. A real person answers.
